Proxes R888 success in the
2009 Targa Tasmania
The Toyo supported JustJap Auto Import Nissan Skyline
GTR R32 of Stephen Thatcher & Kelly Handley finished 6th in the Early Modern
class in the 2009 Targa Tasmania road rally. Stephen was impressed with the
performance of the 255/40ZR17 Proxes R888 tyres he used in this event,
especially considering the changing conditions throughout this event. Wet
stages in the 2009 Targa Tasmania challenged competitors, with some of the
leading competitors crashing out of the event.
Second place in the Modern class was Jason & John
White, who used Proxes R888 tyres on their 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo
Superleggera.
